Early Edition. 190 pp + ads, frontispiece, gold, pink & black decorated cloth on strong blue background, a little worn but good for age, no date in book but 1904 ink presentation prize inscription at front, internally printed pattern eps, foxing a page or so at front, pages browning round edges but overall a fairly good copy for its age. This title was reprinted around WWII by Pickering & Inglis but the early turn of the century Shaw original editions are now rare. The work is child fiction against a Christian background. Size: Crown. Presentation Copy. Antiquarian.
