Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This is a catalogue for an auction held November 24, 2012, by Bonhams in Hong Kong. Bilingual in English and in Chinese. Presumed printed in Hong Kong. Size 10.5 x 8.5 inches. Bound in full-pictorial, paper-covered hardboards, with crisp white-stamped lettering. Unbumped spine head and tail, and sharp corners. Very clean binding. Text block firmly bound in. With more than 100 pages, all on glossy stock. The catalogue features 32 lots of fine jade carvings. Each item with bilingual annotations and at least one full-color photo plate, often full-page. An impressively clean interior, with no stampings or underlining observed. The text block still tight and not fanning. Near Fine. Scarce in any condition. 1 lb. 14 oz. The collector began amassing in mid-life fine jade objects, developing a special interest in fine jade from the Qianlong period.
