FAIR ONLY copy due to water stain on front cover and an ink mark in margin of one page. Some dust soiling to covers. 26 pages printed on quality coated paper stock. Of special interest is a six page chapter on nite club work written in collaboration with RUSSELL SWANN. Christopher's material has been under-rated for years.
