Includes 3 different meetings, including (1) Meeting at Oklahoma City, January 18, 1938, 47 leaves+20 leaves. (2) Meeting at Colorado Springs, Colorado, July 29, 1938, 48+6 leaves. (3) Meeting at Austin, Texas, March 16, 1939. 48+6 leaves. "The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC), formerly the Interstate Oil Compact Commission, is a United States organization, representing the governors of 30 member and eight associate states, that works to ensure the nation's oil and natural gas resources are conserved and utilized to their maximum potential while protecting health, safety and the environment.
