Unbound. Condition: Very Good. First edition. Small octavo, removed from a larger volume, likely lacking wrappers. 25pp. "Gift of Dr. Howard A. Kelly," possibly the noted doctor and founding professor of Johns Hopkins Hospital, stamped on verso of title page. Trifle soil, else just about fine.
