Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Oversized hardcover in black cloth, with titles stamped in silver. Binding is actually a clamshell box containing remarkable and beautiful portfolio of color prints, each with a photograph on one side and brief description on the other. A limited edition of 750 copies. Printed to accompany an exhibition at the National Museum of African Art from Nov 2004 to August 2005. With trifold identification and provenance guide. Each plate is printed on heavy stock and measures 9 x 12 inches. Box measures slightly larger. There are some mild smudges on the covers from where this book was shelved beside leatherbound books on a shelf and some leatherdust has rubbed on it. Some extra shipping will be necessary to ship this book, especially for priority or international shipping.
