Condition: Good. Original B&W lithograph on wove paper. 17 × 11.5 inches. Good. Light overall foxing; toning from age; stain in bottom margin. Signed in the plate with the initials HB. This 1839 cartoon critiques the mutual hostility between political rivals and the impossibility of effective leadership amid such antagonism.John Doyle, known by the pen name H.
