Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Sheldon, Charles M. ONE OF THE TWO Edinburgh, United Kingdom: Oliphant, Anderson & Ferrier 1899 Good/NA 46 pp. 12mo. Faded red boards have gilt titling with detailed embossing on front are soiled and heavily sunned along spine and extremities. Heavy bumping and moderate rubbing along edges and corners. Textblock edges are gilded. Binding has started to separate from top and bottom of spine and is loose throughout, but otherwise holding with all pages attached. Inscription from P/O on FFEP. Small closed tear at bottom inner corner of page 19. Lightly age-toned pages have periodic smudging throughout but otherwise clean, and print is clear. This book is in remarkably good condition for its age and would make a wonderful addition to any shelf. …
