Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. This is a UK hardcover published by Health & Vim Ltd - date unknown but circa 1800s. The photos show the condition better than I can describe, however overall I am grading the book as Very Good condition for its age. The book has a straight spine with sharp corners and lightly softened spine ends. The boards are clean with the gilt lettering of the title intact (the spine is deliberately free of text). The page edges are heavily toned but the interior text is clean although the blank end papers are off-white. There is no publication date or printing history to date the book, There is an owner stamp present on the title page. The book has 169 pages plus several pages of reference material headed "useful books". The book also has a blue "free advice" form inserted by the publisher, encouraging people to contact them with their medical issues. This can be found between pages 144 and 145.
