Tape to the top and bottom edges of front and back coer. Binding is tilted. Front and back gutters cracked exposing webbing. Front free end paper is torn out. Front paste down has a 2.5' surface tear. Page 183/184 has a 1.5' tear. Back free end paper has surface tearing from the tape. Rough cut edges. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book.
