Hardcover. Second Edition. 25p. Red paper-covered boards with golden cloth spine. A hardcover book in fine condition. Reprint of a "World's Work" article from 1921 dealing with the investigation of Col. E.A. Deeds for his role as head of the Aircraft Production Board in WWI. This edition was published by Deeds himself for private distribution. Scarce, with OCLC locating only two copies.
