Soft cover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: poor. Walch, (illustrator). First edition. 16p, ca. 15 ills. Jacket rather torn. Despite having been born with a deformed leg and arm, Alsatian-born Charles Walch achieved artistic renown in France between the world wars. Besson was the first critic to champion him. Some of the paintings reproduced here recall Chagall's crowded floating figures. Scarce. Can be sent outside the U.S. for less than the default shipping rate.
