Wie ungelesen. - Johann Anton Burger, genannt Hannes Burger (* 18. Juni 1937 in München-Schwabing) ist ein deutscher Journalist und Schriftsteller. Leben und Wirken: Nach dem Abitur am Kurfürst-Maximilian-Gymnasium in Burghausen studierte Burger Philosophie, Geschichte und Zeitungswissenschaft in Passau und München. Als Redakteur begann er 1961 zunächst bei der Münchner Katholischen Kirchenzeitung. Ab 1968 arbeitete er für die Süddeutsche Zeitung, 1979 bis 1986 war er deren Korrespondent in Wien und auch Prag. Ab 1986 arbeitete er als freier Journalist und Kolumnist, seit 1990 als Bayernkorrespondent der Zeitung Die Welt. Von 1982 bis 2003 verfasste Hannes Burger für Walter Sedlmayr, Max Grießer und Erich Hallhuber die Salvatorreden beim Politiker-Derblecken am Nockherberg. 1984 schuf er für die Fernsehglosse Nix für ungut die Figur des Fernsehpförtners Alois Baierl. Mit dem Roman Feichtenreut Roman eines Dorfes debütierte er 1971 als Schriftsteller. Es folgten mehr als zwanzig Bücher zu Themen wie Geschichte, Ökologie und Satire sowie Bavarica. Neben mehreren Journalisten-Preisen erhielt Hannes Burger auch den Ernst-Hoferichter-Preis, die Ludwig-Thoma-Medaille für Zivilcourage in der Öffentlichkeit der Stadt München, das Bundesverdienstkreuz und den Bayerischen Verdienstorden. Leben: Jugend: Der Sohn des Tabakhändlers Richard Sedlmayr und der Hausfrau Maria Rott wechselte aufgrund schlechter Noten mehrmals die Schule, bevor er 1945 am Schwabinger Gisela-Gymnasium ein Notabitur machte. Schauspielerei und Rundfunk: Nach seiner Rückkehr aus dem Krieg spielte Sedlmayr an mehreren Münchner Theatern. Den Münchner Kammerspielen blieb er über 25 Jahre lang treu, obwohl er nie eine Hauptrolle spielen durfte. In den 1940er- und 1950er-Jahren spielte Sedlmayr in zahlreichen Heimatfilmen mit, hauptsächlich in kleinen Nebenrollen neben Stars wie Heinz Rühmann, Liselotte Pulver und O. W. Fischer. 1971 wurde die kurz zuvor aus der Schlosskapelle Blutenburg gestohlene Blutenburger Madonna in Walter Sedlmayrs Haus in Feldmoching gefunden. Der inzwischen zu einem der Hausschauspieler" von Regisseur Rainer Werner Fassbinder aufgestiegene Sedlmayr wurde wegen des Verdachts auf Diebstahl und Hehlerei in Untersuchungshaft genommen. Nach fünf Tagen wurde der Haftbefehl gegen Sedlmayr durch das Landgericht München I aufgehoben; der Fall wurde jedoch nie geklärt. Der Vorfall machte ihn schlagartig bekannt und verhalf ihm zu größeren Rollen, darunter die auf ihn zugeschneiderte Hauptrolle in dem Syberberg-Film Th. Hierneis oder: wie man ehem. Hofkoch wird, die ihm auch den künstlerischen Durchbruch bescherte. In der Folgezeit spielte Walter Sedlmayr in zahlreichen Fernsehserien, darunter Münchner Geschichten, Der Herr Kottnik und Der Millionenbauer. Der Erfolg der Serie Polizeiinspektion 1 1977 bis 1988 mit Uschi Glas und Elmar Wepper trug sehr zur Popularität und Bekanntheit von Sedlmayr bei. Ab 1982 trat Sedlmayr alljährlich bei der traditionellen Starkbierprobe auf dem Nockherberg auf und las beim Derbleck'n den Politikern die Leviten. Nebenbei drehte er auch anspruchsvolle Reise-Dokumentationen und war als Werbeträger für die Paulaner-Brauerei, Nescafé und TUC-Kräcker tätig. Seit den 1980er-Jahren arbeitete er auch beim Bayerischen Rundfunk und hatte unter anderem auf Bayern 1 die wöchentliche Radiosendung Beehren Sie uns bald wieder.
