Four short stories: Christmas Eve in Teaberry Hollow; The Elves Hold a Convention; TheWoodcarver; Wee Danny of Velvety Green. The head of each story has a color illustration; b/w illustrations are in-text. Color frontispiece. The boards' top and bottom edges have spots of color loss from shelf wear rubbing. The front corners are rubbed through to the board. Two scrapes are along the front edge of the back board. Dots of red ink are on 2 in. of the bottom end of the text block. A gift inscription is on the front endpaper. Lots of ink scribbling is on the title page's illustration and on the last 5 letters of the author's signature. Large ink scribbles are on 5 other pages.
