Folio(30.2x22.6) HB 12 sections of 14pp each illus. Red cloth boards with black lettering & design- spine carefully repaired with new matching cloth, some wear, fading & colour loss but still good. Carefully replaced new endpapers, Title page repaired with archival invisible tape to prevent further wear, p1 of 1st sectionhas bot…tom left corner missing (7.5x5.5cm) repaierd & strengthened, also neat annotation to margin, illus on p14 of Crewel section has been neatly coloured with crayon, bottom edge of pages have some red staining, probably form cover but text & illus are unaffected otherwise internally still good (v.good for age & use) - a rare survivor of this edition. (700g).
