Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Hardcover. Two volumes. Blue cloth-covered boards with red and yellow stamping on the front covers and spine. Stray black pen mark on bottom fore edge of volume 5. Binding is square and tight on each volume. No date on title page. Copyright page is dated 2001. Volumes 5 and 6 are 843 pages and 846 pages. Volume 6 includes a 281 page stapled softcover "2013 Cumulative Annual Pocket Part", which is affixed to the rear attached endpaper. Interiors are clean and unmarked. A previous repair to the rear gutter of volume 5 has become unattached leaving it completely cracked; making the muslin and boards visible; binding is nonetheless secure. Overall, very good copies.
