Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. pp: 180. The first Canadian edition. The author took up running in 1982, and ran long distances, giving him time to reflect. This book is his memoir of his four-month preparation for the 2005 New York City marathon. He ran in different places ranging from Tokyo to Boston. This is a near fine, to fine, copy in unread condition, in a fine dust jacket. Note that the Canadian edition is much less common than those of other editions. That's one advantage of living in a hug country with a small population.
