There are 64 poems with a collection of shorter poems in the middle of the book, poems that individually are untitled, which as a body are called Short Poems. Many of them are written in a for resembling haiku, or at least his version of haiku, which is typically three lines, and five syllables in each line or fifteen syllables in total, as opposed to the traditional haiku form of seventeen syllables.
