After various communications in search of a producer who really believed in the script of the play, it was suggested Doyle build upon the theatrical version written by the actor, William Gillette. The two agreed and the result was the play, "Sherlock Holmes". Of course, its star, wa,s William Gillette, who in all reviews was adored in the role by Everyone!
