Minor surface wear, paper still stiff. No crimps or turn-downs. Early pages feature lore of witchcraft. Later sections on plants and food recipes follow. No bio info on the author is present so we don't know her background and "credentials". Ms. Simmons wrote a short note with signature on the reverse of the title page.
