Demands of the Charter were for 'minimum wage of £3; stop speeding up and mass dismissals by introducing a shorter working day'. It called for Committees of Action in the Yorkshire mills. The pamphlet looks to the Soviet Union for inspiration. Inside rear cover is a list of newsagents in Bradford and Shipley that stock the Daily Worker. Spine repaired with archival tape. Slightly ragged edges with very slight loss. Creased where folded. Previous owner's name on cover.
