Peter Owen. London. 1954. First edition. hardback in DW. PRESENTATION COPY FROM AUTHOR with a fun and pun included inscription, "To Jim, This first venture into Flying Saucery, with all best wishes from Will Dexter. Sept. 1954." (Dexter was also a famous magician and wrote mainly on magic, so the pun of 'Saucery' and 'Sorcery' i…s very appropriate for his first SF venture!) Pages browned otherwise a clean and sound copy in wrapper that is worn, rubbed and chipped to extremities and is missing a large triangle postion from front panel plus is internally reinforced with tape along top edge and tail of spine.
