Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Profusely illustrated with photostats of government letters and documents, mostly partially redacted (illustrator). 1st Edition. Inscribed & signed to the otherwise blank FFE by the author Eustace Mullins. "First Edition" stated. COINTELPRO tries to seize & destroy all the author's files. The government, of course, ignored all the hundreds of specific legal precedents cited by a man being harassed by FBI/IRS "black bag jobs" over a period of decades, their judges dismissing all suits against the government, including when the government claimed they did not respond to his lawsuits within the legally set time limits because their lawyers "did not know how to respond to a civil suit," an admission which should have led to those government lawyers being barred from the courts at least, if not disbarred. The government, as usual, sought and acquired dismissals without answering or arguing a single charge or claim. Mullins' real crime? He published books exposing the unconstitutional 1913 transfer of the money-issuing powers of the U.S. Treasury to the private consortium of bankers known as the "Federal Reserve," meantime calling for the elimination of those "agents of foreign criminals" known as the FBI and CIA. Profusely illustrated with photostats of government letters and documents, most partially redacted. 223 pp., reduced from $335. As with all our items priced $90 or higher, this book will be shipped "signature required.". Inscribed by Author(s).

Paperback. Condition: Good. First Edition. Please Note: We are offering a 1985 first edition paperback copy. "This is an indictment. I present factual evidence documenting crimes which have been committed, and some of the legal actions that have been untertaken to obtain redress under the law. Because they failed to subdue me by criminal acts which would have crushed most Americans, they determined to strike at me in another way, by hounding my father, my mother, and my sister to their deaths. This is not a pleasant story" - Foreword. Eustace Mullins (1923-2010) was arguably America's most influential conspiracy author. "A disciple of the poet Ezra Pound, his best-known work is The Secrets of The Federal Reserve, in which he alleged that several high-profile bankers had conspired to write the Federal Reserve Act for their own nefarious purposes, and then induced Congress to enact it into law." - Wikipedia. 223 pages. Many reproductions of unclassified government documents. Includes price list for Mr. Mullins' books which he has personally annotated. Tight and unmarked with moderate wear. Foxing to edges. A sound example.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall; Eustace Mullins FBI Records Classified History Biography Conspiracy Cointelpro Marielito Powers.
