The government, as usual, sought and acquired dismissals without answering or arguing a single charge or claim. Mullins' real crime? He published books exposing the unconstitutional 1913 transfer of the money-issuing powers of the U.S. Treasury to the private consortium of bankers known as the "Federal Reserve," meantime calling for the elimination of those "agents of foreign criminals" known as the FBI and CIA.
