No Cover. Condition: Good. vii+ 86pp + frontispiece engraving. No cover but rest all still well bound together. Over 200 years old but still in nice clean condition with just some light age staining. Some shadowing of engraving to title page.

Light brown leather boards, darkened foisured cross-banded and decorated leather to spine which has some cracking, small losses to spine-ends, 2.5 by 1cm loss to bottom front hinge, front board loose, ink name address to each title-page. Hardback binding a bit pulled with occasional brown spot to pages and some foxing to frontispiece and illustration pages.

BOTH BOARDS , title/contents page & first page of dedication ARE OFF/DETACHED, gilt decoration to spine which is flaking to surface and has small losses to spine-ends - NEEDS REPAIR. Page-edges age darkened. Owner's label to inner front board. Text has some foxing and blotching but is reasonably/servicably clean for age. Remaining binding to text block feels sound.
