Paperback. Condition: Very Good. First Edition, First Printing. 62p. A staplebound booklet in very good condition. Light scuffing along the spine fold. Thin stains in top margins of first few pages where a paper clip was used as a bookmark. Otherwise clean and tight. Evangelical Christian booklet warning against the dangers of gambling.

Softcover. Condition: Very Good+. Limited Edition. Limited to 10000 copies. Printed illustrated wrapper, red on goldenrod stock. Evangelist Lamb expounds on the sins of gambling, using statistics, exploitative newspaper article reprints, and an equally condemning foreword by John Rice. Both authors and publisher were based in Wheaton, Illinois, and it was Rice who founded the original biweekly newspaper, "The Sword of the Lord" (1934), a year after the repeal of Prohibition. The Christian Fundamentalist periodical is still in print. Moderate toning and light rubbing, a few light bumps. Price stamp obscuring original price on title page. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 64 pages.
