Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. ISBN: 9623659539. This edition was published in Hong Kong, and is in English and Chinese. Signed by the author, celebrity chef Jacky Yu on ffep in Chinese with a small drawing of a paw print! Book is hardcover, missing dust jacket. The book condition is Good+. Pages and photos are bright, clean, and clear of writing, markings, highlighting, etc. Hinges sound. Binding is sound but lacks tightness - book can lay open flat on any pages without pages turning or rising - which is likely preferable for cooking! Hardcover board corners bumped, most notably front board top corners, which is curled in with rip in exterior paper. Top/bottom of spine rubbed. Light surface scratching and scuffing across boards, dulling luster. There's a small, deeper scratch on back board near text. Inscribed by Author(s).
