    Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Red buckram binding. Slight fading to spine. Some small light marks to front board and spine. Text has a couple of small marks and a few pencilled notes. Previous owner's name to front free endpaper: 'D. Miller, 17 February 1914.' David Miller was a long-standing member of the Metropolitan Chess Club, he also served as Club President from 1950-1956.
