The frontispiece by Max Beerbohm features THE YELLOW DWARF, printed in bright yellow and black. There are 27 other full-page illustrations, including 14 by Aubrey Beardsley. Other artists included are Muirhead Bone, Laurence Housman, Joseph Pennell and John Singer Sargent. Among the authors represented are Arthur Symons, John Buchan, Richard le Gallienne, John Davidson, George Gissing, Richard Garnett, Max Beerbohm, W. B.
