Signed by author to former Nebraska Football Star Fran Nagle on the dedication page. Later obtained by Dick Cecil, who penned his name to the top of the first page. Cecil was with the Braves organization for over 25 years. He left to pursue a consulting business that included the booking of "The Beatles" to Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium in 1965 and the creation of the Cracker Jack Old-Timer's Classic Baseball Game. An important instructional book on baseball from the collection of a man who was important to the Braves organization, integral to the integration of baseball in America, brought Major League soccer to Atlanta and considered Henry "Hank" Aaron one of his closest friends.
