Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. 86 pages. First edition, first printing. One of only 6,000 books published. Illustrated by Gaar Williams. Ostensibly written by his 4 year-old son, it is a parody of the popular 1919 book The Young Visitors by 9 year-old Daisy Ashford, written by the father. With characteristic childish spelling errors and youthful vernacular intact, just as in Ashford's debut, this book humorously describes the angst of a cross-country family move. Near fine book with a touch of wear to the corners in a near fine dust jacket with a touch of wear to the corners and a 1 1/2" invisible closed tear to the bottom of the spine edge. A beautiful copy!
