Original vintage Soviet cinema poster for a comedy film directed by Eldar Ryazanov (1927-2015) ÐРРРаРУРаÑÐ / Zigzag of Luck about a photo shop worker who wins the lottery before New Year with money borrowed from a fund, leading to a team discussion of how to share the prize that unveils hidden secrets: one skipped their…regular commits to the fund, one is in a relationship with another's spouse and the winner may be excluded from a share - a satirical plot typical of Ryazanov's movies during the 1970s that exposes personalities and their conflicts in a totalitarian collectivist context. Great stylised illustration showing a group of people wearing smart suits and dresses running and fighting along a light green wavy path to reach a black briefcase bag first with a black and white photographic image of a man below, the text along a diagonal line through the centra. Very good condition, folded as issued, faint creases. Size: 58x39.5cm. V. Solovyov (illustrator).
