Math is a game, and the best way to learn it is by playing

How many baskets does Little Red Riding Hood have? You will keep count while I read the story! If you want to follow Little Red Riding Hood through the forest, then come along! Take the book, close your eyes, count to ten and turn it upside down! Then open it, watch out you don’t hit yourself on the nose, and start reading it! In this story you will find a cow, two hens, and three sheep. Be careful! There is also a fierce wolf, a witch on her broom, and a rooster with a megaphone. Following the notion that math is fun, and that the best way to learn it is by playing, this "Classic Tales" collection brings back popular classic children’s tales and, in a humorous and fun way, adds simple math concepts to them that may be applied to their everyday life. This way, the story itself will lead them to use mental calculations as well as basic mathematical concepts (ordinal numbers, cardinal numbers, small addition and subtraction problems, etc.).
