Quarto [8.75 tall x 7.00 wide x 2.50 thick]. Collates [4], 5-832p. With 3 large folding maps/plates and 4 full page engraved plates. Worldcat only mentions 5 plates but there are 7 in total in this volume. A couple of tears or wear to the folding maps. Title page toned and laid on thicker paper. One gathering of 6 leaves is duplicated towards the close with the correct gathering lacking, clearly a printing error from issue. Occasionally trimmed to the outer margin, touching or losing very slightly to the text. Overall a decent, sound copy, with all the maps & plates and presented in an attractive binding.
