Classics Illustrated Jr. #544: The Golden Fleece. FIRST PRINT (inside the front cover, it advertises next month's title). 32 pages. Softcover. Condition: Good to Very Good. Except for pencil markings on inside of front cover (connect the dots), the interior is clean and free of tears, chips and stains; paper is moderately toned but not brittle. Binding is very secure--staples are intact with no tearing of the cover at the staples and all pages are firmly attached; there is a moderate amount of wear along the fold as well as some color loss. Pictorial front cover has light general wear with a 1/2" tear at the top edge, a crease in the lower for edge corner, and a vertical crease bisecting the cover. Rear cover also has light general wear with moderate soiling. The inside of both covers have moderate-to-heavy toning.
