The complex place of the reader in contemporary journalism: Potentialities, limits, dilemmas and the case of the newspaper O Globo

At a time when many have the floor, which voices will resonate? How do newspapers, on their various platforms, deal with these voices? What are the origins of certain bets and behaviours on the part of these media to deal with readers who today not only read, but browse incessantly, eager for multimedia and interactive experiences? These are some of the questions that this book addresses.
