"A Concise Handbook of Pathophysiology" is a labor of love, born from my deep passion for the subject. This book covers essential aspects of pathophysiology—etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and complications of diseases—providing valuable insights for a deeper understanding.

The idea for this book began while teaching second-semester B. Pharm students, who struggled to find comprehensive notes aligned with the PCI syllabus. I created this concise, exam-friendly resource to compile all necessary concepts in one place, making it an excellent study aid.

Despite challenges in gathering material and developing this book, my belief in the subject's importance kept me motivated. Extensive research using databases like PubMed, Statpearls, and Google Scholar ensured accuracy and comprehensiveness. The chapters are structured to explain pathophysiological aspects of diseases in a clear, pointwise manner.

Whether you read it cover to cover or focus on specific chapters, I hope you find each section informative and engaging. My greatest wish is that this book inspires you to quickly and effectively gain knowledge in pathophysiology.
