ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
WELCOME TO THE CIRCLE. WELCOME TO HELL.
An intellectual thriller that will delight fans of Alex Michaelides’s The Maidens or Guillermo Martínez’s Oxford Crimes.
A SECRET BOOK CLUB
Newly arrived in Granada, Gara is entranced by the city’s nostalgic beauty. Dwelling on the past is too painful, and guilt for a death he cannot accept dogs him with every breath.
AN ORGANIZATION WITH A DARK SECRET
Maybe because of this, within the ancient walls of the university where he dedicates himself heart and soul to his doctorate, Gara is drawn into the web of the Tenth Circe. A shadowy student group obsessed with Dante, its mission is to prove that the Divine Comedy is real and depicts the true fate awaiting sinners.
A PORTAL TO HELL
But the Circle is besieged by an unsettling series of events, and Gara soon discovers that, for its members, the end always justifies the means. They won’t rest until confirming their hypothesis, even if it means challenging death itself and perishing in the attempt.
