eXPerience Life - The All About Me DOT Journal

ALL.ABOUT.YOU.DOT.JOURNAL is exactly that... All about you. Why Journal? It is a way for you to organize your thoughts and give you something to visualize with and track your goals and activities. Why is that important? Because it forces you to be MINDFUL. We spend a lot of time doing the same tasks over and over and over and over again and end up running through life on autopilot. We’re not robots. We’re human beings and each one of us plan and do things in our own way. We have our own personal dreams and desires. Using a journal will help you plan and also give you something to execute off of. I’ve been created focused journals and workbooks and then I noticed there are some people who want to design their own journals and go out of their way creating artistic reflections of who they are. I wanted to put out a version where you have 100 dedicated numbered pages where you could go as wild or as structured as you wanted.
