Here with the word indixes on the title page but the pagination given does not quite match - pages 113-122 are misnumbered, but the sequence is complete. Here page 257 is correctly numbered. Pages 287/288 have holes affecting the running title, perhaps caused by a paper fault. Ink note to page Zz3v. In remains of old full leather binding, but both boards are now detached and there are paper labels to the spine. Ink name and date to the title page - E libris Thoma Haldorn May 27 1743.
