No farks

This book is about Eddy and their support bird Fred.

Together they are DJ's

Judith Scott the Mad Rapper and Freeda Calmalot.

They rap about the big stuff.

Like power and respect and butt holes.

Their first rap song is loud and proud and full of truth.

It is about saying no to things like rules that do not work for us.

It is about saying yes to the good life.

If your bum feels funny when someone says the word roster.

You might be a gate keeper.

Come and do the test with us.

Accessible, funny, and unapologetic, No farks is a work of fiction designed in Easy Read style. It uses satire to shine a light on disability, advocacy, and the way power plays out in everyday life. Adults with intellectual disability will find it easy to read and enjoy, while supporters, advocates, and allies will see familiar stories told with honesty and humour.
