Was this fate?

Was This Fate? is a powerful true story of one decision that changed everything.

On what was supposed to be a night of celebration, Charles R. Jackson Jr.'s life took a devastating turn-leading to a homicide charge, years of incarceration, and a long journey through the criminal justice system. From the courtroom to prison life, he shares the raw realities of consequences, survival, and reflection.

But this is not just a story about loss-it's a story about transformation.

Through faith, discipline, and personal growth, Charles rebuilt his life from the inside out. After serving his sentence, he emerged with a mission: to help others avoid the same path. Today, he mentors at-risk youth, using his experience to deliver a powerful "reality check" about decisions, peer pressure, and purpose.

Honest, gripping, and deeply reflective, Was This Fate? challenges readers to ask themselves one question:

Are our choices random-or is there a greater purpose behind them?
