Contents and concept:
The textbook presents basic and central financial constitutional and financial law questions didactically prepared. Students will learn the financial law structures and choices of the "Financial Constitution" on
• State (federal and states),
• European (European Union and influences of Union law on the law of member states, European sovereign debt crisis, fiscal pact, measures to rescue euros) and
• Municipal (minimum financial resources, municipal financial compensation and budget security concepts)
level clearly and structured - without losing the display in branches and individual controls.
The systematic treatment of the individual subject areas is rounded off by numerous example cases and diagrams. In this respect, the textbook is also aimed less at practitioners than to students of the relevant legal focus areas as well as students of economics who are engaged in financial science and want to get to know the currently applicable law.
