The first print run consisted of 5,150 copies only (Errington: 187), divided into three states. This is one of the scarce first state copies. The trade assumes that roughly 2,500 copies were printed. Hard to find in nice condition if at all. Most copies are now tight up in collections of fans and investors. Condition: a fine copy in a fine dust jacket. No scribbles, no bookplates, no bumping, no pushes to the spine. As good as new. Slightest of toning to page block edges which only pronounces the authenticity of the book. An exceptional copy. Azkaban , the third Harry Potter book in the seminal series that has managed to capture the imagination of an entire generation. First and Fine.
