838pp; cloth spine, and paper over hardboards; size: 11-1/2 x 8-1/2in; no d/j; numerous photograph illustrations thru out (some in color)of hospital equipment in the 1938s; a fascinating look at the hospital equipment of the period; this thick book is tight; some rubbing, small marks and a tiny bit of a water mark on the back board - but not affecting interior pages; otherwise interio illustrations and text pages in almost VERY GOOD COND.
