Quite Rare blue booklet with black and white font is in very good shape with sharp corners and almost no shelf wear. Slight discoloration to lower rear cover and last couple of pages. INCLUDES NICE PERIOD GM INDEX CARD FROM GM PR DEPT. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
