Hardcover 8vo, 334 pages with four black and white plates including tissue guard over frontispiece. Lacking the extremely scarce dust jacket but with a near fine color plate on front cover. Slight lean to spine. Light bumping and chipping to boards. Light toning to spine, with some fraying to ends. A few small impressions to rear board. A fresh and lovely copy of this iconic piece of Americana that presumably hits all the first edition first state points.
