WITH ORANGE TITLES IS LIGHTLY FOXED WITH EVIDENCE OF DAMP EXPOSURE TO THE QUITE FADED SPINE PANEL. A VERY NICE COPY OF THIS CLASSIC TEXT. With the book-plate of Clifton R. Wharton Jr. who was the first African-American to pass the Foreign Service exam and to become a career ambassador serving 40 years in the Foreign Service and 11th US Deputy Secretary of State in 1993 in Clinton administration. Received PHD in Economics under Nobel laureate Theodore Schultz.
