First edition (as stated upon copyright page). xvi, 385 pages. Hardcover: H 24.25cm x L 15.5cm. Dust jacket rubbed with a few nicks at edges, minor short closed tear at rear panel's top edge. Dark blue cloth with vibrant gilt stamping to front board and spine. Muted red top edge; slight foxing and soiling to fore-edge and bottom edge; slight foxing to half-title page. Interior pages are otherwise bright and clean. Binding remains fairly crisp. A very good+ copy in a very good dust jacket.
