FIRST EDITION 1884, 130 x 90 mm, 5¼ x 3½ inches, colour illustrated card covers with brown (printed) borders. Coloured frontispiece, title illustration of 3 tulips and 12 very pretty coloured illustrations, 55 x 75 mm, 2¼ x 3 inches, all of adorable children. Head and tail of spine just a touch rubbed, minute crease to top corners of covers, not showing inside, no inscriptions and no foxing. A near Fine clean copy. Schuster 4, 2b with brown printed border to covers. The second almanack in the series, the only one to be issued in a much larger format than the first of 1883.
