Octavo, xviii, 299, [1] pages. In Very Good minus condition. Missing issued dust jacket. Blue cloth spine aged brown with white publisher's paper aged tan with blue lettering. Boards have mild shelving wear, light fraying along the corners, stains on the front and rear boards, and moderate age-toning along the extremities. Textblock has light soiling on some pages, liquid stains from the front end-page to page xiii and the fore edges, adhesive stains along the hinges, mild wear along the edges, and moderate age-toning along the edges.
